AIDS "Dissident" Travels
to Africa on "Forgiveness Mission" Says Vaccines
Helped Trigger Pandemic
Sandpoint, ID ‹ From the Office of the President of Kenya, one of
the highest ranking military officials has arranged a series of
lectures by a leading HIV/AIDS "dissident" scientist who is
expected to present compelling new evidence that the pandemic was
initiated by early hepatitis B (HB) vaccine trials conducted on gay
men in New York City and Blacks in Central Africa during the early to
mid 1970s. According to mission organizers, the documented studies,
and their alarming implications, demand scientific and political
reconciliation conducted in a climate of "forgiveness" in
order to turn the tide on araging pandemic currently striking as many
as sixty percent of the people in many areas of Kenya.
Based on an independent three year study into the origin of HIV that
explains the chimpanzee connection to human AIDS, Dr. Leonard G.
Horowitz, a Harvard graduate and internationally recognized authority
in public health, determined that risky pilot HB vaccine trials were
initiated by the New York University Medical Center and continued by
the Merck pharmaceutical company until 1975. Collaborating with Merck,
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA), and the National Institutes for Allergies
and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)--the government¹s top AIDS science
agency, produced four lots of HB vaccine consisting of 200,000 human
doses. The four lots, believed to be contaminated with HIV gene
sequences, were prepared by passing live HB viruses, grown in
contaminated African chimpanzees, to polio vaccine recipients
previously exposed to monkey cancer viruses suspected of playing a
role in initiating AIDS. The final preparations were injected into gay
men in New York City and Blacks in Central Africa by 1975.
A detailed report on Dr. Horowitz¹s thesis is in press in the
esteemed scientific journal of Medical Hypothesis due out in early
2001. According to several investigators, this may best explain how
and why there was a sudden simultaneous outbreak of at least four
major HIV strains, on two far removed continents, in two
demographically distinct populations, in the late 1970s, corresponding
to the only complete virus discoveries.
These disclosures come at a time of heightened concern regarding the
risks posed by HIV/AIDS to U.S. national security and international
finance. On April 29, 2000, the CIA issued a report declaring that
global HIV/AIDS was a U.S. "national security threat,"
prompting President Clinton to place all of AIDS science, and the
agencies conducting it, under CIA
oversight. Immediate calls for the arrest of HIV/AIDS "dissident
scientists" were made by officials representing consensus
interests. Dr. Mark Wainberg, for instance, affiliated with McGill
University in Montreal, and the president of the International AIDS
Society, called for the immediate incarceration of "scientific
dissidents" who proposed alternative explanations of AIDS, its
origin, and treatment. These actions closely followed the highly
publicized decision of South African President Thabo Mbeki to include
the testimonies of ³dissident² scientists in a review of HIV/AIDS.
Synchronously, President Clinton approved the National Intelligence
Council¹s (NIC) CIA-sponsored formal declaration of AIDS as a
"national security threat."
The "forgiveness mission" organized by Chaplain, Ministry of
Defense, Major Caleb Gwambo, with support from the President, His
Excellency Daniel T. Arap Moi, follows dramatic declines in life
expectancy in Central and South Africa, and calls for ³global disease
control² initiatives. Given the possibility that HIV/AIDS was vaccine
induced, with the Merck pharmaceutical company linked to both the
suspected vaccines and the CIA's top secret biological weapons
program, MK:NAOMI, during that period, the spectre of global genocide
is raised. Thus, mission leaders believe that a climate of
reconciliation and ³forgiveness² best suits all humane interests.
The "Forgiveness Mission" was conceived following a review
of "thirty-two copies" of Dr. Horowitz¹s national
best-seller, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola--Nature, Accident or
Intentional?, (Tetrahedron Publishing Group, 1998; 1-888-508-4787), by
Kenyan leaders. Initially, Major Gwambo called to thank Dr. Horowitz
for his work‹among the highest rated books on Amazon.com. "From
the bottom of our hearts," Major Gwambo said, "the President
and the people of Kenya wish to thank you. . . . You will never know
in your lifetime, only in the hereafter, how many hundreds of
thousands, if not millions of lives you have personally saved by your
efforts." He referred to the cessation of a World Health
Organization
(WHO) experimental vaccine program, halted by President Arap Moi, and
Research Minister, the Honorable Andrew Kiptoon, as a result of
reading the incriminating documents reprinted in Dr. Horowitz¹s text.
Later, the military official invited Dr. Horowitz to tour Kenya.
No stranger to controversy, or U.S. public health officials, Dr.
Horowitz has been a regular critic of health scientists biased by
economics and pharmaceutical interests. His work has gained increasing
respect from members of the medical and scientific communities. When
previous CDC director, and current Surgeon General of the United
States, David Satcher, first learned about Dr. Horowitz¹s work, he
invited the author/investigator to meet in Atlanta to "discuss
issues of mutual interest." Later, he withdrew the invitation
citing a "lack of credible, evidence-based information." In
response, Dr. Horowitz reported to thousands of internet-workers, and
the press, that Dr. Satcher¹s comments were false and misleading.
"If the CDC truly demanded rigorous scientific proof to support
its public health policies," Dr. Horowitz said, then the CDC
would also be calling for a moratorium on trusted vaccinations
"which, to date, lack definitive scientific analyses showing
positive risk/benefit ratios." Dr. Horowitz also questioned how
much scientific evidence the CDC and FDA officials demanded when their
"mutual consent was given to blood and pharmaceutical interests
to sustain the use of HIV contaminated clotting factor VIII and blood
supplies to the public between 1983 and 1986," despite the fact
that these officials predicted thousands would die as a result.
Regarding Dr. Horowitz¹s HB vaccine/HIV/AIDS thesis, in 1984, when
scientists first questioned the possible HB vaccine link to the AIDS
epidemic, CDC and Merck pharmaceutical officials omitted investigating
homosexuals in New York City ‹the men known to be the primary and
earliest test subjects for the suspected vaccine. Instead, they
focused only on Denver and San Francisco populations that had not been
immunized using the earliest, most implicated, vaccine lots. "No
wonder your 'expert' CDC authors remained 'Anonymous' on this
Morbidity & Mortality Weekly Report," Dr. Horowitz chided Dr.
Satcher. "I too would feel ashamed to affix my name to such bogus
'science.'"
"It's essential that we understand the cause of AIDS and its
prevention," President Clinton told Ugandan leaders on August 26,
2000. To this Dr. Horowitz responded, "Considering the likelihood
that HIV/AIDS is vaccine induced, without considering this possible
cause, our prevention efforts will remain shortsighted and
consistently ineffective unless, that is, your desire is global
depopulation."
"We are asking for prayers to heal our nation and its
people," Major Gwambo requested, "along with understanding
the whole truth, including the spiritual lessons, in HIV/AIDS. . . .
We are greatly looking forward to Dr. Horowitz¹s safe arrival, and we
request prayers for this as well."
