Fourth of July and Beyond Greetings Friends! On July 4, 1776, we claimed our independence from England and freedom was born. As Americans we celebrate that freedom every July 4th with barbecues, picnics and family gatherings. This year I am asking you to go one step deeper - to claim your inner freedom-- by activating your positive twelve states of consciousness!
Dianne will be in Michigan the month of August promoting her book and the Opportunity Fund. She is also speaking at the Sunday services with a workshop following at Unity of Port Huron on August 11th and Unity of Jackson on August 25. And don't forget the workshop on Divine Order at Wellspring Books in Mesa, AZ on July 20th from 1-3:00 pm. Cost is $20 pre- registered and $22 at the door. Call 480-834-4187 to pre-register. We invite all nations to celebrate July 4th. Each of us can bring the world closer by activating our positive twelve powers! Happy
Birthday America! Dianne J. Moore email:

Candida Yeast InfectionCandida is a single-celled fungus (yeast). Normally present in the intestinal tract, it contributes to a normal healthy functioning system. Its overgrowth, triggered by over-use of antibiotics, immuno-suppression after steroid use, and chemotherapy/radiation, and diabetes, however, causes symptoms ranging from fatigue, lethargy, depression, constipation, PMS and mood swings to bloating and vaginal yeast infections in women. It can affect the colon and mucous membranes, even traveling into the mouth causing a condition known as “oral thrush”. Finally, vaginal yeast infections in women cause a cheesy discharge or bad odor. Because the subject of Candida infection is so broad, I am recommending the book, The Yeast Connection and the Woman by William G. Crook, MD. Also, Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis and James F. Balch, M.D. is an excellent reference book in general. I also will offer some products, which I have found to be the most helpful in many cases. For internal yeast infections, Yeast Cleanse by Solaray is excellent. It contains caprylic acid, pau’arco, grapefruit seed, garlic, licorice, and tea tree oil in capsule form. Please note that his product contains many of the individual herbs and supplements that I recommended separately above. Capralin by Synergy Plus is a great product as well as Caprystatin by Ecological Formulas. For oral thrush, one of the above internal formulas should be taken, as well as, Ora-Thrush G by Ecological Formulas. Transfer Factor Plus should be taken concurrently to build up the immune system. Again, a diet containing no refined sugars and low in carbohydrates must be strictly followed. For vaginal
yeast infections, douche with a cup of white vinegar and water. This will
lower the pH of the vagina so that no yeast will grow. Alternatively, use
Ora-Thrush D by Ecological Formulas for douching. If vaginal
itching occurs, I recommend, Tea Tree Oil Suppositories by
Thursday’s Plantation or Monistat cream and/or suppositories from the
pharmacy. Sometimes anal itching is also caused by a yeast infection.
Again, douche, limit sugars and apply Monistat or Tea Tree Oil Cream to
the area and cleanse with Tea Tree Oil soap. I hope that the healthful
hints above will aid in ridding you of the “fungus among some of us”. Be
persistant in following the above hints and hopefully you will soon be
fungus free!!! I sincerely hope that you
have a safe, happy and healthy July 4th, personally, my most
favorite holiday of the year!!!! Peace and Many
Blessings, Namaste,

Guidelines for a More Relaxed Working Life …
Dear Friends: Good day and blessings. Now more than ever, more is asked of us in our
professions. Life has sped up, our responsibilities have grown, stress
has Peace and Love, TIPS: 1) Get Centered. Pray, meditate and bring in God every morning and throughout your day – so you stay in your higher self and assist your lower self. Tension is only felt when in lower self. Observe your tensions and use them as messages from which you can learn about yourself. Follow the tips offered by James Redfield in the Celestine Prophecy about connecting with nature and filling with energy 2) Love yourself no matter what. Let the tasks of your day be a vehicle in which to be more conscious and nurturing of self – our ultimate path in life. And paradoxically it is the loving person that is a magnet for success! Use stress affirmation above as needed. Take care of you... follow your heart. 3) SERVE what is asked of you. Be creatively alive and release all else. In the highest sense the most successful people love themselves and serve others. “The only way to get what you want out of life is to help a lot of others get what they want”. Practice living the Law of Attraction: Fill with joy, Focus, Give your best, master your craft, open your heart, touch a life, Smile, Love, be the best. Begin to really see how your work helps others. See how what you do touches people. Imagine, releasing any doubt, someone really benefiting from what you do. If you are folding laundry, really feel how much pleasure some one will feel as they sleep in fresh, clean, loved sheets. If you are writing a memo or manual, imagine how well informed and helped the recipient is going to feel, even if you never hear from them. “It is never the act, but the consciousness of the act --- all things done with love bless thousands of people.” Omara 4) Concentrate on drawing on your self-esteem. Draw on your sense of identity as a God being and minister – as a unique loving being on this earth, rather than on what you do or your job title. See what you do as simply the perfect expression of God moving through you beautifully this day. You are here to bless others. Live a life where you fill up with joy and share from your bounty. Very Important - you are too important to be captured by stress or other peoples lower selves. Stay vigilant to doing what is right. 5) Remain Physically active by stopping to stretch and do yoga AND BREATHING through the day. Get plenty of fresh air. The body needs air and sunlight every 90 minutes. Take lots of short breaks. Make every part of your day simple, flowing, and harmonious, conserving and building energy rather than dissipating it. Slow down. Listen to what your body is asking you and serve this request as a pathway to further self-nurturance. 6) Become Conscious of your EXPECTATIONS: If you see them clearly, the demand for one result or another can be released - and not prevent you from fully accepting and enjoying what is here and now in your divine process of creation. Focus more on the moment-to-moment process of what you are doing and less on the end result, which will take care of itself perfectly if you allow your self to be fully efficient in the moment. Detach and focus on giving with relaxed concentration. 7) Let time be your friend, not a constant opponent with which you are fighting. Get lost in the moment…. See how joyous you can make it…. Drop the pressures and affirm that all is unfolding perfectly and all is getting done on time. Drop the anxiety and remember you are safe … you are perfect no mater what. What more can you do than your best with a heart that serves? If someone thinks otherwise, that is their problem not yours! There is a difference between serving and people pleasing (trying to get approval). Serve and release all else. Watch the good that comes..... 8) See all tasks of equal value in terms of your growth as a whole God person. How well you do something, and with what care, love and attention, is of MORE importance and value than the task completion itself. 9) Develop other parts of your life outside of work. Create hobbies and interests (I call these gardens) that nourish you and touch others and may become possible income streams or your full time career in time (or just for fun). Allow your self to be a 3 garden person: your main job (corporate manager), your main project developing your key life purpose (music, art, massage, business), favorite hobby (acting). Inch by inch any thing is a cinch… Keep it simple and enjoy your time on vacation land planet earth! Now more than ever let the old paradigm of 'hard' work melt away and allow a new life based on simplicity, love, peace, and deep relaxation in. You deserve it.
