Questions can go a long way toward helping us find answers, increasing
our understanding, boggling our mind, and just plain having fun with
them. Here are some thought provokers for you.
Are we at a time in human evolution where it could be helpful for
humanity if more research was directed toward understanding basic
spiritual realities? How might individuals benefit from this
knowledge? Could researching these realities offer a source of
creative possibilities that might flourish were we to humbly consider
our role in a quest to discover more of sublime possibilities and
purposes? How could this research help us learn more about why we
were created? What are some areas of daily living that could be
enhanced from this type of research? Should we be eagerly interested
to welcome the most simple or the most complex ideas that could help
us enlarge our personal and global spiritual vision and better
comprehend how tiny and temporary we are and how little we have yet
discovered?
What inspirational challenges might enrich our understanding with
concepts and perspectives that may truly represent new insights and
creative improvements for our life? Can devout participation in a
religious/spiritual life sometimes serve as a strong motivator and
inspiration in the formation of broadly beneficial qualities of good
character? How can the act of worship serve as an entreaty and
invitation to the higher energies of spirit for assistance in our
spiritual endeavors?
Many of us cherish dreams and goals aligned with personal desires, but
when we lift our vision to Spirit's guidance, do we not feel expanded
and connected to a higher cause? Certainly our lives take on deeper
meaning as we invite the energies of unlimited love, compassion, and
radiant spiritual light to be guiding forces in our daily activities.

Treasure Trove in Texas Linear logic was suspended, and Spirit placed me in Canton, Texas, for the Exposition on June 21, 22 and 23. LightStream Productions, Inc. played many important roles in the successes of the first expo of its kind to be held in Canton. This lovely town in the rolling East Texas countryside has for decades been famous for "First Monday." A lovely Dallas lady at lunch today told me the history of the long time Canton tradition. On First Monday of each month the usual population of Canton (about 3,000) balloons dramatically up to 20 or 30 thousand. I was told that the largest known crowd was 250,000. Originally, the farmers had things to trade or things they wanted to acquire but isolation and distance of farms from each other made it difficult or impossible to reach each other. So, First Monday was created to provide a place where they could meet and exchange things. The facilities are huge and very impressive, especially in comparison to the size of the town. Denice Grugle and her colleagues decided to fill the Convention Center with consciousness raising people and products for the weekend. The turnout numberwise was not large, as expected; however, I must say that my personal experiences and those of many others yielded "treasures from Heaven in Texas," and the long term effects look most promising and exciting. The overall process of communication among everyone involved was most vivacious and alive; infinite seeds were planted, and great support among groups and individuals was generated. I spoke with two persons, for example, who have lovely properties that they desire to develop into centers where people can gather, share and grow. These persons found others who were supportive of them and their dream. Here are some specific persons, events and beginnings which serve as examples of the great value of this Canton Exposition. Merrily Smith is a Unity Minister, has lived and worked in Dallas for many years. The Expo led to a reunion for me and her. I knew she valued how I had helped her with her personal growth many years ago...but, I did not know she valued it so much and many of the details of it which are just absolutely interesting and fascinating. Merrily has published the Holistic Directory in Dallas for years. Her booth was next to Lightstream's booth...many links were established by this arrangement. Merrily and Mel Minitor are a dynamite team for supporting authors, lecturers and practitioners. Dr. Raymond Moody was the keynote speaker. He holds and deserves the honored position of being the one who pioneered in the study of near death experiences. The end of his lecture was a presentation of his next project which he says will be a significant advance in the study of this field and will probably "keep him busy for the rest of his life." He is designing a questionnaire and process which will help people translate their experiences of these things into words and provide norms and databases from which we can work in this realm of the "intangible." Judy Collier shared her poignant and interesting story of what all has happened in her life since the death of her 26 year old son Kile. The story involves 7 experiences with John Edward serving as medium. Her book is entitled, Stop Kissing My Ashes. --Donna Reis has moved to the Fort Worth area, and she attracted her usual stream of persons who learn from her about colors, auras and healing. Dr. Darrell Yardley's book, WindWalker, attracted a lot of attention, and people loved visiting with him and learning about his journey from Distinguished College Professor of Zoology at Clemson University to Shaman and Healer. --I enjoyed visiting with Carol Crampton of Frisco. She lives in Frisco and is working with Amazon Herbs. I met John Easterling, Founder of Amazon Herb Company, in about 1990 in Jupiter, Florida. Quiet miracles are following the use of these herbs. One of the most interesting parts of this story is the fact that one tenth of the net profit for this company each year goes to the rebuilding of the rainforest. This article could become a chapter all too easily, but you have a suggestion of the energy. Personally, I formed several new relationships with deep implications for my spiritual growth, the expansion of my consciousness, the expansion of Gakati'yi and the new developments which we desire and nurture. I have been interested in research in many areas "forever," it seems. The brain is one on my priorities. I began working with closed head injuries at least as early as 1972, and I have many dreams of studies I wish to explore. I met several persons with similar interests and one in particular who has held such an interest since her own injury so totally modified her life. She experienced some disappointments while working within an "establishment" research situation...the energies have already been set in motion to reverse those "losses." My mother experienced a brain injury when I was 3 years old.
I have known
consciously since 1972 part of my motivation for being so interested in
these areas. Dannion Brinkley has helped countless people just by
sharing the process he went through after the lightning strike. He
assures people and gives them hope that healing and recovery are
possible. I honor Denice Grugle and her colleagues for having the courage and energy to plan and carry out this exposition. I honor Mel Minitor and LightStream for all of their contributions. I honor Merrily Smith for many things...in this case her contributions to the success of the Canton Exposition! [email responses and requests for additional information to: gakati’yi@hotmail.com |
Lack Of Compassion What is going on? Did we lose the compassion we had right after 9/11 and replace it with impatience and intolerance? People can’t wait to pounce on each other. I feel like I’m suddenly on another planet! I share an office suite with a couple of people. In between clients, I listened to a conversation between a woman and her client, evacuated from her Pine Top, Arizona home due to the fires. They exchanged views about what should be done to the fire starters. I piped in about the Colorado fire and acknowledged the woman who started it for taking responsibility. If looks could kill—I’d be dead. They were angry at my attitude and let me know it. I reminded them of the shame that recently drove a man to shoot himself over accidentally starting a fire. They thought that he did the right thing. How could anyone commit a crime accidental or not and live with themselves? Their comment shocked me. Being righteous and outspoken I said, “It’s too bad that we live in a society for which there is no forgiveness.” I tried to explain that people don’t always do the right thing and learn from experience. They ignored me and left the room as I was still making my point.
So
what is going on? Is it our economy? Are people worried about finances?
Our belief systems are changing as we become aware of who we are and our
importance in the world. On an individual level, I was surprised by my
own anger. Giving it some thought, I quickly realized that I have been
intolerant of peoples’ intolerance. I can get into my own judgment of
people and how spiritually evolved I think they should be. We truly
are mirrors for one another. I have to offer love, tolerance, and
compassion for all--not just a select few.

Hill - Author of: Presents Warrior Work Week 12
Principle: Developing the 5 Rings Musashi applies his
principles to warriorship and the use of the sword but they have many
other expansive points of view which can be applied to modern warriorhood
and the evolution of the self. The challenge for this week is to briefly
examine each of the 5 rings and start to strengthen each link and be
mindful that any chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link so build the
weakest first and then move to the ones that stable or strong. Ground – How is your
foundation? Foundations include mental, emotional and physical
centeredness. Many people get their foundations from traditions,
religions, family, culture etc. but others abandon their roots or
traditions for other philosophies and worlds. Cultivating your abilities
and core beliefs can shield you in times of sudden misfortune or
disillusionment. Water – How is your
ability to flow and shift? As people we have a tendency to be hard or
soft. Water can absorb a blow by yielding or it can penetrate and wear
away even the hardest rock. It was the steady persistence of water that
carved out the grand canyon. Cultivating your ability to shift and adapt
to the changing circumstances of your life is a great art. Fire – How is your
passion and zest for life? Fire warms and nurtures but in excess it burns
and destroys. Learning to cultivate our inner fire and using it
productively versus destructively is a true warrior’s task. Developing
passion without attachment is a warrior’s paradox. The tao te ching or way
of life by lao tzu calls the ability to cultivate without possessing or
domineering “mysterious power”. Moving with enthusiasm is literally moving
“in theos”, within the fire of God. Wind – How is your
ability to be everywhere like the wind, cultivating an expansive
mindfulness of the energetics around you? The wind is likened to
intelligence gathering and being aware of other worlds that interact and
intersect with yours? Cultivating our energy to look beyond and outside
our self and listening to the voices in the wind while looking at what we
hear and see with our intuitive eyes is this challenge. Void – Musashi uses
the ideogram or kanji for “empty” or “infinity” to describe the void. It
is the expansiveness of the sky, always changing and yet never changing.
Cultivating the inner self and it’s expansiveness, becoming more empty so
we can purify our intent and follow our heart is this challenge. Judgments
lock up our muscles and our emotions to the point of impotency. Emptying
ourselves daily is an important task explains the Chinese philosopher Wen
Tzu. We can probably call it “forgiving” daily since forgiving frees up
our energy and makes us responsible for what we choose and create. Blaming
others makes us victims. In the “Fountainhead” by Ayn Rand, Toohey asks
Roark what he thinks of him after he has destroyed his career. Roark
replies that he doesn’t think of him. He is in contact with the void and
moves from his heart regardless of what anyone else does or does not do.
Regardless of the ups and downs, he follows his intent wherever it leads,
even when he has no destination in sight. How is your link to the vastness
within you?
author of
takes a look at 2020. Based on her time travel forward, she reports some pretty way out stuff. Is it just in her head, or will it be true for you too? Future Idea #4 – IN THE FUTURE THERE WILL BE MUCH MORE GROUP AWARENESS. Today we have an awareness that is tantamount to, “What’s in it for me?” By 2020 it will be more like, “What’s in it for us?” What has brought about this dramatic shift? More awareness of energy flow, both in ourselves and others. We will cherish being a part of groups where there is more love for everybody. You’d think that might start to ring a bell pretty soon here. It will as the pain increases, for individuals, for nations . . . There is something to be gained by working together! Behaviorally by 2020, group awareness means we will intuitively do what we can to input the flow of the group. It also means that we (all of us) will be more aware of others’ physical movements, in addition to emotions and general energy. We will be so aware in fact, of ourselves and others, energy-wise, that our movements will often be synchronized. Today it has been shown that even in casual contact lovers move in mirror image. It’ll be like that for all of us later, apart from being “lovers,” although in some sense of the word that has happened too. Imagine looking at someone who is moving just like you and feeling a sense of closeness and comfort from it versus feeling someone is copying you! Something else that struck me about 2020 was that it didn’t take sight to know the movements of another. It was done by feel. For example, picture yourself in a group in the year 2020, someone drops a small object, bends over to pick it up. You are not looking in that direction, but you are very much aware of what has happened, much the way today you might vaguely sense something behind yourself. Only in the future it will be clearer and more specific. |

Donna will provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on better health! Healthful HintsBy Donna McGrath, M.T. (ASCP), M.S., C.H.T., D.D. Natural Remedies for Fungal Infections
The most common fungi causing fungal infections are Tinea pedis and Candida albicans. These types of fungi can grow externally, infecting the skin, or internally on surfaces of the colon or mucous membranes, including the mouth. Fungal infection of the skin is mostly found on the feet and between the toes causing “athletes foot” or in the groin area causing “jock itch” in men. Candida albicans is a type of yeast, similar to fungus, which causes systemic infections. Below please find some remedies, which may combat or eliminate your symptoms. Athletes Foot FungusIf you are suffering from athletes feet, you may be experiencing flaky, burning, itchy skin, especially between the toes. This is caused by Tinea pedis, a fungus, which thrives under dark, moist conditions, such as when wearing leather sneakers or shoes which give no room for light or air circulation. It may be picked up from locker rooms, shower stalls, and swimming areas. Soak feet in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water for 15 min./day. Dry feet thoroughly with blow dryer. Rub with Tea Tree Oil or Oregano Oil (both found in Health Food Stores) or spray with Porter’s Lotion, which contains witch hazel, glycerin, camphor and rosemary oil. Obtain Porter’s Lotion by calling 1-800-806-1161. Exposure to UV radiation, such as in tanning salons, will also kill foot fungus. Presence of a fungal infection usually indicates depressed immune system function. Colostrum by Symbiotics or Transfer Factor Plus by 4-Life Research (609-799-2860) will boost the immune system. Often fungal infection sets in after lengthy courses of antibiotics have been taken or other immuno-supressants such as steroids (asthma sprays) or radiation therapy. Take Acidophilus such as Kyo-dophilus by Wakunaga or PB-8 by Nutrition Now before bed as directed on bottle. Start with one capsule and increase dosage slowly if your condition is severe. Garlic capsules often kill fungi. Take 2-3 capsules of Kyolic Garlic 2-3 times per day. Also Grape Seed Extract, taken in capsules, is often effective. A diet high in fresh vegetables is recommended. No sugar, starches or breads should be ingested, as it feeds the growth of fungi. If “jock
itch” is present, shower with Tea Tree Oil soap by
Thursday’s Plantation. Blow dry the area with a hair dryer after showering
and spray with any tolfinate spray on the market. Follow the nutritional
recommendations, especially, Transfer Factor Plus, Acidophilus, Pau d’Arco
and eliminating sugar from the diet. Wear clean, dry underwear and socks,
which have been bleached and thoroughly dried. I would even go as far as
to purchasing new socks and underwear if the condition is severe. Nail InfectionFungal infection under the nails is called paronychia. For toenail fungus, soak in a mixture containing pau d’arco and goldenseal for 15 minutes twice per day. Also take both herbs internally for at least two weeks as directed on the bottle. Nature’s Way has excellent herbal products. Also take the above-recommended dietary supplements. Apply Tea Tree Oil or Oregano Oil topically on the fungus after cutting toenails back. Also direct application of Aerobic 07 or colloidal silver is helpful, though sometimes, expensive. Always follow the nutritional and dietary recommendations above in conjunction with topical treatment.

A message from
The voice of God
“But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, Where the body of JESUS had lain. And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my LORD, and I know not where they have laid him. And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw JESUS standing, and knew not that it was JESUS.” (John 20:12-14) I want to address something that I have been queried about in recent times consistently. That is the question as to whether the existence of “Angels” is a reality or a myth. The only source that I want to consult at this present time is the Scriptures because of my belief in Christianity, with the Bible as my foundation of faith. While there are many references that I may use to support this topic, I do not wish to consult them at this particular time. The scene that took place in the scripture quoted above is one of the most mysterious episodes that exists in the Bible, that of the disappearance of JESUS from a sealed tomb. And the supposed cause of HIS absence was based on the fact that the “Angels” who were found at the tomb had rolled away the stone from the entrance to the tomb to allow JESUS to leave it. However, there are reports of the existence of and references to “Angels” throughout the Bible from the Old Testament to the New Testament to establish and support the reality of their presence. The psalmist David states in Psalm 8:4-5 that he could not understand God could bother with mere puny man, to pay any attention to him, and yet have made him only a little lower than the angels, and have placed a crown of glory and honor upon his head. And further in Psalm 91:11, David says, “For HE shall give HIS angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Here he is implying that GOD orders HIS angels to protect us wherever we go. Thus concluding in Psalm 148:1-2 that we ought, “PRAISE ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights. Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.” Therefore, not only has he established “Angels” as being greater than man, and that they are his protectors, but also that we ought to praise GOD and them for their existence and presence. In the New Testament, even the devil acknowledges the existence and presence of angels when he says in Matthew 4:6, when speaking to JESUS, “And saith unto him, If thou be the SON of GOD, cast thyself down: for it is written, HE shall give HIS ANGELS charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. ”And further in Matthew 13:49 it states, So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just….” JESUS HIMSELF testified as they came to take HIM away to be tried and crucified to those who tried to defend HIM, in Matthew 26:52-53, “Then said JESUS unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my FATHER, and HE shall presently give me more than twelve legions of ANGELS?” Thus, those of us who believe in the SON Of GOD also believe in HIS WORD and HE has testified of the existence, presence, and functions of ANGELS in our lives for all to know. Finally, Paul in his letter to the Hebrews in the 13th Chapter and verses 1 and 2 states, “Let brotherly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained ANGELS unawares.” Therefore, I leave you with these words that “ANGELS” not only exist but are here to guide and protect us in our daily lives, so don’t forget to be kind to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained ANGELS without realizing it!
