PERSONAL PREPAREDNESS FOR
BIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL ATTACK

We are now under biological and chemical attack! Americans are being
exposed to anthrax. We’re being sprayed with Malathion. We’re being
intoxicated with chemicals in our food, air, and water. We’re being
poisoned with contaminated vaccines and tainted blood supplies.
Our walls emit molds that poison and kill. More than ever we are at risk
for infectious diseases and immune system related disorders.
Given all of this, people are asking, “What can we do!”
First of all, you should realize that THREE MAJOR FACTORS DETERMINE
WHETHER A BIOLOGICAL ATTACK SUCH AS ANTHRAX TAKES ROOT IN, AND OVERCOMES,
THE HUMAN BODY. These factors are, in order of importance:
1) Host immunity/susceptibility
2) Number of organisms to which people are exposed
3) Virulence (deadliness) of the strain of microbe(s) to which people are
exposed.
Notice the first and foremost factor over which you have control is your
personal resistance that is your IMMUNITY, to infectious diseases.
Therefore, I believe it is critical that you take personal responsibility
for your health care IMMEDIATELY. Especially since it is obviously by now
(October 18, 2001) that our governing officials are having problems of
their own.
Boosting Immunity
The following is a summary of what I recommend in the total Healing

5) bioelectric therapies.
Step number one—detoxification There are numerous inexpensive to more
elaborate ways for you to detox. Number one is colon cleansing. If your
waste line is expanding or you are carrying a tire around your waste that
hangs over your belt, it's not your stomach that has expanded but your
colon that is ballooning and packed with old fecal matter. If your bowel
movements come out like a tube of toothpaste, you have at least 30 feet of
your large and small intestines literally packed with old fecal matter. If
you eat 3 times a day and only have a bowel movement once a day or even
once every other day, you need to start the detoxification process by
cleaning out your colon.
Start by incorporating psyllium husks or a psyllium-based product morning
and night. You can find psyllium husks at your health food store. Take a
teaspoon of psyllium and mix it up with good water (or juice); down it --
and then what it turns into is like a brillo pad type of substance; a
fiber that goes through your gut and cleans out your gut ...and then you
will be pulling out all the garbage that's stuck to the colon wall. You
can also assist your body with the addition of enemas and colonics .......
It’s important to have at least 2 bowel movements a day rather than once a
day or once every three days.

water --(which we will go into more detail a bit later.) Next, squeeze the
juice of several fresh lemons (3 to 4) and add to your gallon jug. Third,
add grade B or C maple syrup (available from your health food store)- the
lower the grade, the less refined and more packed it is with trace
minerals and other nutrients. At this point, you should have a delicious
and 100% natural lemonade beverage. Finally, you add cayenne pepper - the
hottest cayenne pepper you can get. Most cayenne is around 30,000 to
40,000 heat units (H.U.) Try to get at least 90,000 H.U. -- Just thinking
about it makes your eyes water. If you can find it, get African Bird
Cayenne pepper, which is as high as 180,000 H.U. -- Add cayenne to your
heat and taste tolerance. If your stomach gets queasy, sick or nauseous,
reduce the amount of cayenne. A rule of thumb: add about 1 to 2

Breaking your fast with high quality, fresh and organic juices and foods
that are minimally processed is essential to maximize the benefits of your
fast. After fasting, your body is like a sponge and needs high quality
materials to build high quality cell structure.
There are many other ways we can detoxify our systems: Sweat lodges,
exercises, saunas—particularly steam saunas—there’s even a portable steam

When you exercise, you are moving your extremities; you're moving the
lymphatic fluid. The lymph is what is required in getting rid of the
toxins that you and I have in our bodies.
Lymph massage techniques are available --this is essential for for proper
lymphatic drainage as you are detoxing. Another way to cleanse the
lymphatic system is to incorporate dry skin brushing. Get a body brush
that you never intend to use in the shower and put it aside for brushing
your entire body upon waking up in the morning. This will help your body
to shed layers of built up dead skin and mucous. This dry skin brushing
and avoiding synthetic materials that keep your skin from breathing will

Blood and Liver Cleansing
One of the most important aspects of the detoxification process is to
cleanse your liver and bloodstreams. There are multitudes of herbs and
herb products that are good for this. Since the liver is like the oil
filter of your care, it is best to clean it regularly. An incredible

Deacidification is Step Two

has been exposed to and currently has (associated with “flu-like”
illnesses that are very hard to treat with standard antibiotics or

Both lemons (limes also) and cayenne pepper have an incredibly powerful
de-acidifying effect on the body. (Lemons and limes deacidify due to their
high levels of calcium.) This powerfully hot lemonade has the ability to

What causes your body’s chemistry to become acidic are the seven primary
lifestyle risks. They include:
1) Caffeine,
2) Nicotine,
3) Sugars--chocolate included,
4) Alcohol,
5) Prescription and over-the-counter drugs as well as illegal
drugs
6) Meat - pork, beef, fish and fowl, and
7) Stress.
Clustered Water
Twenty percent of your daily water intake should be CLUSTERED WATER.
Clustered Water is a relatively new discovery. In essence, it is God’s
most pure and powerful drinking water. Three of five Nobel Prize winners
during the 1990s won for their research in the field of clustered water.

A Caution About Milk
"Got Milk?" We've all been brainwashed into believing that milk and dairy
products actually will put calcium in our bones when the opposite has been
shown to be true. Green leafy vegetables, especially organic ones, are the
best source of nutritious calcium.
But what foods and lifestyle habits are de-acidifying or have an
alkalinizing effect?
Fresh, raw (and, hopefully, organic) juicy fruits and vegetables have this
effect. By juicy, I’m talking about those fruits and vegetables that have
a fairly high water content such as cucumbers, carrots, melons, and green
leafy vegetables, like lettuces, chard and kale. Starchy fruits and
vegetables such as bananas and potatoes are slightly acid forming. While
it important to have a balance of alkaline and acid-forming foods in our
diet, the optimum diet would consist of 80% alkaline foods and 20%
slightly acid forming foods.
Most of us tend to eat much more acid-forming foods than our bodies can
handle, -- hence, we have a build up of acids in our blood. It is now
widely recognized that an increase in alkalinizing foods will bring about
a remarkable increase in energy, as well as mental alertness, and better
health, in general. Remember, it’s the acid wastes (or the accumulation of
toxins) in the body which favor the growth of bacteria and cause us to be
susceptible to infectious organisms.
Building Your Immune System
So what kinds of foods and supplements will help us achieve total and
vibrant health? Ideally whole, raw, organic foods are the best for this
result.

Healthy Oils Versus Canola
Because I had a dermatitis condition for years as a result vaccination and
a few days later being exposed to chlordane dust, a toxic pesticide now

Evening Primrose oil, flax seed oil and Vitamin E. These should be taken
with a little protein, such as yogurt, for best results.
What other type oils should we use? Olive oil is by far the healthiest oil
to use. Other oils that are beneficial are cold-pressed and unrefined
sunflower, safflower, corn and sesame seed oils. These oils must be
refrigerated.
AVIOD CANOLA OIL that is most commonly used in packaged foods. Canola is a
coined word for rapeseed -- and isn't even listed in any but the most
recent reference sources. Canola oil comes from the rapeseed, which is
part of the mustard family of plants.
Rape is the most toxic of all food-oil plants. Both soy and rape are weeds
--insects won't eat either plant since they are both poisonous to them.
But the oil from the rape seed is hundred times more toxic than soy oil!!!
Canola or rapeseed is an industrial oil that is used as a lubricant, fuel,
soap, a synthetic rubber base and as an illuminant for the slick color
pages you see in magazines; AND as an industrial oil, do NOT belong in the
human body!
One important habit to acquire is to be a label reader and to always read
the fine print. If you see Canola Oils listed avoid it. Rape oil is also
the source of the infamous chemical warfare agent, mustard gas, which was
banned after blistering the lungs and skin of thousands of soldiers and
civilians during WWI. Canola oil contains large amounts of cyanide
-containing compounds --("isothiocyanates"). Cyanide inhibits mitochondria
production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the energy molecule
that fuels the mitochondria. It's this ATP energy that powers the body and
keeps our cells vital and healthy!!
Vitamin C and Garlic
Remember Vitamin C....did you know that simple vitamin C in mega doses are
both an antiviral and immune booster? I'll have probably about 8,000 mg.
of vitamin C on a typical day, and more on a day when I feel like my
immune system is slipping a little bit, or if I feel I might be getting a
cold or flu
GARLIC IS A GREAT ANTIBIOTIC!!! When my girls have gotten ear infections
from swimming in polluted lakes or pools, my wife and I simply use fresh
garlic to treat the infection. We put the child to bed on the side with
the infected ear exposed. We then take a clove of garlic, mince it up, and
drop some distilled water into the minced up garlic; then we take a
Q-tip and go to the ear that's inflamed and we drop a little bit of this
garlic juice with the Q-tip into the ear. If they were awake, it would
sting a little bit. The next morning, the earache is gone. We've used this
garlic remedy time and time again on both of our girls. It works.
Garlic has been called the Russian penicillin. When a terrible flu hit
Russia at the turn of the century and people discovered that consuming
large quantities of garlic minimized their symptoms, often averting the
disease altogether, the value of garlic as a powerful immune system
stimulant was finally recognized --at least among the Russian peasants and
the international alternative health community that caught wind of it.
Transfer Factors for Immunity

Social and Spiritual Aspects of Immunity
You've got to be concerned about these as well. Emotionally and mentally
you want to reduce stress. You want to understand that most of your
stresses are caused by communication breakdowns in the family and at work.
You want to learn how to communicate assertively. All of that is what I go
over in the Taking Care of Yourself program that is part of the Healing
Celebrations package.
Social stress and spiritual challenges are very important factors, or
co-factors, in disease. Many who have heard me lecture heard the story of
my grandfather’s death. Through him, I learned of the incredible
connection between spirituality, purpose in life and connection to God.
Purpose in life is what the fabric of society that binds us all. We all
have a desire to share and care and love and help human beings; to serve
other people in some meaningful way. That's the driving purpose in life
that binds humanity together. And then there's this thing called God where
we get our power. And the fact of the matter is, self-esteem is a
metaphor, in fact, to your immune system.
So what is self-esteem? That means if you understand who you are. You know
that you are a holy child of God and you are connected to that incredible
source of power. And you have that flowing through your veins and through
your nerves and muscles and you have a purpose in life and your driving
purpose in life is to serve humanity in some meaningful way. You know who
you are then. That's what we're all searching for. We're ALL searching for
that.
Now, if you don't know who you are, then how can you expect your immune
system to function since its function is contingent upon, and acts like,
self-esteem.
The immune system acts as the surveillance and destruction apparatus in
your body. It's your immune cells that have the ability to seek out and
destroy that which is non-self, and nurture and support that which is
self.
But if you don't know the great, magnificent, capable, and worthy person
that you are, how can you expect your own immune cells to know the
difference between self and non-self? It can't.
So self-esteem, social service, and spirituality is, perhaps, the most
important aspect of health and longevity.
Body Oxygen and Oxygenation Therapies
Physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, environmentally and, above
all, spiritually, you need to boost your immunity. Oxygen plays a vital
role in all of these.

It was Lawrence Rockefeller who put together the New York City blood
council. That was the council of doctors who put together the New York
City Blood Bank. These became the international blood banksters. These are
the people that allowed 10,000 hemophiliacs throughout the United States
and countless others throughout the world to get blood that they knew was
contaminated with HIV between 1980 and 1986 and did nothing significant to
clean the blood up. Same thing for Hepatitis C. Industry officials knew
that our blood has been going out often contaminated, and that there are

If you are ever in a situation where you have had significant blood loss
or are extremely anemic and you end up in the hospital, and caretakers

What's the name of God, in Hebrew? It's "YahVah". What does that mean? It
means to breathe is to exist. Oxygen is God coming into your system; the
respiration and inspiration means bring in the spirit. This involves
electro-magnetic functions, the spiritual essence of the God coming in to
your being. In fact, this is the primary function of DNA and blood as
carries of electromagnetic signals and oxygen respectively.
Oxygenating Your Body for Protection and Health
So what are the oxygenating things that you can do for yourself?
Incorporate aerobic exercise into your daily regimen. Walk, swim, rebound
exercise on a mini-trampoline. These are excellent ways to bring more
oxygen into our blood and stimulate our lymphatic system. Also, making a
conscious decision to take more full and deep breaths are extremely
important. You will find your posture improving as your chest expands when
you take in full and deep breathes.
Another simple and inexpensive way of getting more oxygen in your body is
with 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, which is available at your health

extreme caution. Don't ever use the hydrogen peroxide in the drug stores
which is only good for sterilizing wounds. This food grade hydrogen

Since pure water maybe akin to the gold of the future, it is a good idea
to have some water stored. Only 2 drops of hydrogen peroxide will preserve
a gallon of water for a few years.

A number of researchers have developed a wide array of healing machines.
Some use sound, light, color, radionics, prayer, and even combinations

electromagnetic energy physics. The manner in which this works is similar
to the phenomenon of dowsing. I was stunned the first time I ever
witnessed dowsing, or divining rod use. I needed to excavate a ditch for a
water pipe to my orchard. I knew I would cross another metal water pipe,
but did not know where it was. The backhoe operator was a seasoned dowser.
He asked me to supply him with two coat hangers that he quickly
transformed into two dowsing rods. I thought he was crazy walking around
my yard with his arms and these metal rods extended out parallel.
Suddenly, and amazingly, those two metal rods converged and crossed.
"Here it is!” he yelled. Still I though he was nuts. A few minutes later I
learned that I was the deluded one.
He dug precisely where the dowsing rods had indicated. Lo and behold,
there it was—the metal pipe we were looking for!
He explained that very subtle energy vibrations and subatomic particles
made their way up from the pipe and communicated with the dowsing rods
making them shift to identify the pipe’s exact location. Also admitted,
“God helped.”
Another, even more startling proof of this phenomenon as applied to
healing involved two friends—one a naturopathic doctor, and the other a
Kirlian photographer. The doctor’s wife was ill when her Kirlian
photograph was taken. The image was transferred digitally directly into
the photographers laptop computer and saved. That night he left to return
to Toronto. During the next few days the doctor successfully treated his
wife using a very advanced machine called the “Quad Med” that works very
similarly to the MIRACLE 6. A few days later, the photographer decided to
take another look at the woman’s Kirlian photographic image to study the
energy blocks related to her illness. These had been noted and documented.

Every religion agrees that God (once again, the correct Hebrew name is “YahVah”)
is the Great Creator of everything, and the “Adversary” creates nothing
except deception and destruction of God’s healthy, whole, and harmonic
creations. Clearly, there are false prophets and true prophets. Here God
counsels against the use of His creations—visions—by egocentric false
prophets. He tells them He will take away His gift of divination, because
they have used it for evil. Ezekiel explains that YahVah does not tolerate
the misuse of His inventions, that is, the misuse of His
spiritual/supernatural technologies that should be used only for good, and
to bring glory to God.
As YahVah warns here, devil-doers who use His technology falsely will be
harshly judged. One empirical proof that that MIRACLE 6 works, and is a

sequence:
1) Your heart felt prayer is typed into the intent window, and a
translation program mathematical formula) deciphers and records the
alphanumerics of your prayer,
2) Optionally, your prayer can be amplified with harmonious colored light,
3) You may also elect to amplify your prayer/intent by superimposing a
sacred geometric form that additionally reflects your prayer/intent. For

7) Next, this coherent mathematical sequence/signal is repeatedly sent out

signal goes out repeatedly thousands of times per second for as long as
you like. This is accomplished through the use of a repeater
module. This module pulses the coherent pattern out to an exit point on a
mathematically formulated energy vortex. This proprietary mathematically

nature, your sin is electromagnetically conveyed to a universe in which

sinner is redirected back to the harmonious target (practice) behavior.
This typically involves episodes of pain, loss, or threats to survival.
The religious world calls this “judgment.” Eastern cultures call this
“karma.” No matter what you call it, if you are honest with yourself, you
will admit experiencing this natural dynamic in your own life. In other
words, when you stop living “by the book” you get slapped around a bit
until you learn your lesson(s). The Bible refers to this as “testing” to
fire and purify you as is done with silver (Psalm 66:10) and gold (Job
23:10).
